Baked Brie with Pumpkin Butter, Roasted Pistachios, & Hot Honey

If you’ve never tried baked brie in a puff pastry, you are truly missing out! There’s no appetizer I love more around the holidays. I usually just baking with a little bit of raspberry jam and serve it with crackers, but I decided to add in some new flavors this year. Trust me you’ve never had a baked brie like this before!

Brie is so delicious and creamy, I love to pair it with more savory flavors. That’s where this recipe comes in! I added pumpkin butter which has delicious autumn spices, roasted pistachios that have an extra nutty flavor after roasting and offer a nice crunch, and hot honey that offers an kick of flavor! Baked all together there is nothing better. Although I usually serve baked brie with crackers, I think the flavors of this particular brie are absolutely delicious with cool crisp apple slices. The best thing about baked brie is that it really is so easy to make, but people are usually quite impressed, and anytime I bring it somewhere there are never leftovers! I think you get the point, it’s great. I honestly didn’t measure for this recipe, but you’ll find the inspiration below.
